Rules for Sellers of Digital Subscription Products

I. Listing Rules

1. Clear and accurate product descriptions

Product listings must include clear, accurate, and concise information, including: product name, duration of use, delivery method, regional/account restrictions, and any other details buyers need to know. Exaggerated claims, false statements, or irrelevant information are prohibited. Any manipulation or misrepresentation in violation of this rule may result in account suspension.

2. No duplicate listings

Sellers may not post duplicate products. For example, you may sell Spotify access, but you may not create two separate listings both offering a 1-month Spotify product.

3. No misleading titles or descriptions

Sellers must not use titles or descriptions that could mislead buyers. Examples of violations include claiming a “Lifetime warranty” when none exists, or labeling a product as “Full Access” when full access is not provided.

4. Disclose account limitations clearly

Sellers must clearly disclose any usage limitations in the product description. For instance, if an account is restricted to a specific region (e.g., a U.S. Apple ID), this must be clearly stated.

5. No manipulation of listing visibility

Any attempt to artificially manipulate a listing's exposure will result in seller penalties, including possible suspension.

Note:By listing a product you agree to comply with GamsGo's platform rules.

II. General Rules for Selling Digital Subscription Accounts

1. Only digital subscription accounts are allowed

Sellers must provide complete access information, including the associated email and relevant login credentials, to protect buyer rights.

2. Dealshield Protection Period

All digital subscription account orders are covered by a GamsGo protection period of 5–90 days, depending on the product's usage duration.

If an account becomes unusable during this period (e.g., banned, subscription canceled, or recovered by the original owner), the order will be canceled and the buyer refunded.

3. Seller responsibility after the protection period

Sellers may still be held accountable after the protection period ends. If an account is recovered after the protection period, GamsGo will investigate and, if seller fault is found, may require a refund and impose a ban.

Suggestion:To avoid disputes, sellers should keep communicating with buyers even after the protection period ends.

4. No account “takebacks” by sellers

GamsGo has a zero-tolerance policy for sellers who reclaim sold accounts. If a seller is reported for reclaiming an account and refuses to help the buyer regain access, the seller will be permanently banned.

5. Account liability rests with the seller

Sellers are fully responsible for the accounts they sell. While account resale is permitted, sellers remain liable for any resulting issues.

6. Do not access sold accounts without buyer request

After a digital subscription account is sold, the seller must not log in to, recover, or otherwise access the account or its associated information during the active usage period—unless the buyer explicitly requests assistance.

7. Dispute resolution

If a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor, the seller may, where system permissions allow, be required to reclaim and secure the account to prevent further misuse.

8. No sale of illegal accounts

Selling any account that is stolen, hacked, or otherwise obtained illegally is strictly prohibited.

9. Accuracy for Instant Delivery listings

For “Instant Delivery” accounts, sellers must provide accurate account information at the time of listing.

10. Email domain policy

We strongly recommend registering and providing accounts using internationally recognized email providers. Using less common or obscure email domains can increase the risk of order cancellation in the event of a dispute.

Recommended email providers include:

If you choose to use another email domain, you must:

  • provide buyers with a direct link to that email provider's login page; and
  • ensure the email service is reliable, secure, and offers an English interface.

Please read all seller rules carefully to avoid suspension or banning of your GamsGo seller account.
