GamsGo Marketplace Seller Offer Upload Guidelines

This article applies to all GamsGo sellers who have passed KYC. It covers the listing steps, product statuses, title and description standards, keyword rules, special-category review, pricing, and penalties. When reviewing listings or answering listing-related questions, support and operations teams should treat the rules in this article as authoritative.

1. Listing Steps (Using Digital Subscription as an Example)

Step 1 — Create a New Offer

Seller Center → left panel → New Offer

Step 2 — Choose the Type and Offer

  • Type: Digital Subscription / Game Accounts / Top Ups / Gift Cards / Game Items / Game Coins
  • Offer (the specific product): e.g., Netflix / Spotify / YouTube Premium
  • Can't find the product you want to sell? Submit a new listing request through Seller Center.

Step 3 — Choose the Account Type

  • Duration: e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 6 months.
  • Sharing Method: e.g., Full Access, 1 Private Profile, Shared Profile, Shared Account, Family Group Share.
  • Plan: e.g., Premium, Extra.

Step 4 — Choose Available Regions / Countries

  • Select the supported regions accurately to avoid misunderstandings.
  • If you select "Global" but can't actually deliver there, it will seriously hurt your product rating and store rating.
  • ✅ Mark available regions (e.g., US only, KR only).
  • 🚫 Mark unavailable regions (e.g., US not supported, KR not supported).

Step 5 — Write the Title and Description

  • Follow the title and description standards (see Sections 3 and 4).

Step 6 — Enter the Price and Choose the Warranty Period

  • Note the price range shown on the page; your listing price should fall within that range.
  • All digital subscription account orders automatically include a free warranty period.
  • The available warranty options vary by product duration: 1 / 3 / 6 / 12 months correspond to different minimum warranties (see Section 7).

Step 7 — Choose the Delivery Method and Publish

  • Automatic Delivery: After listing, enter the account credentials (username / password) by editing your inventory. When a buyer places an order, the system sends the credentials to the buyer instantly. Automatic delivery must strictly follow the delivery template rules.
  • Manual Delivery: When a buyer places an order, you'll receive a notification and must send the account details manually within the promised delivery time. Any delivery delay must be explained, or it will result in a penalty.

If an Offer you just published doesn't appear on GamsGo, please do not re-upload the same Offer — it's in the review queue and will appear once approved. If it stays in review for a long time, or an error occurs during upload, contact your Seller Manager via in-app message.

3. Title Standards

A title must be written around the real attributes of the SKU so buyers can tell at a glance "what they're buying." As long as you describe the product itself truthfully, you may add fitting descriptive selling points to make the title more vivid and appealing.

1. Required SKU Attributes

  • Platform / product name: e.g., Netflix, Spotify, ChatGPT, PUBG UC
  • Plan: e.g., Premium, Standard
  • Duration: e.g., 1 Month, 3 Months, 12 Months
  • Sharing Method: Full Access, 1 Private Profile, Shared Profile, Shared Account, Family Group Share
  • Region (if restricted): e.g., US Only, KR Only, Global

You don't have to follow one fixed template — as long as the SKU's key attributes appear in the title and are organized in a natural, buyer-friendly way. We recommend an "attributes + descriptive selling points" format:

  • ✅ Example: Netflix Account 1 Month - Shared Profile - Premium 4K NO ADS - Stable Account - Safe & Guaranteed
  • ✅ Example: ChatGPT Plus 1 Month - Shared Account - GPT-4o & Image Gen - Fast Delivery
  • ❌ Bad: Spotify (too vague, missing key attributes)
  • ❌ Bad: Cheapest Netflix Ever, Lifetime Access, Officially Authorized, Never Banned (contains misleading "official / lifetime / absolute" claims)

3. Optional Descriptive Selling Points

The following descriptors may be used, provided they match the actual delivery:

  • Quality / features: 4KHDRDolbyAd-FreeNO ADSGPT-4o
  • Delivery experience: Fast DeliveryInstant Delivery24/7 Support
  • Quality descriptions: Stable AccountSafe & GuaranteedWarranty Included
  • Coverage: Works GloballyMulti-DeviceNo VPN Needed

4. Allowed Emoji Styling

You may add moderate emojis that match the product's tone, for example:

  • 🎬 Netflix Account 1 Month - Shared Profile - Premium 4K NO ADS - 100% Stable Account - Safe & Guaranteed
  • 🎵 Spotify Premium 3 Months - 1 Private Profile - Ad-Free Music - Works Globally
  • 🤖 ChatGPT Plus 1 Month - Shared Account - GPT-4o & Image Gen - Fast Delivery

Emoji rules:

  • We recommend no more than 1–2 emojis per title, and they should relate to the product type (music 🎵, video 🎬, games 🎮, AI tools 🤖, gift cards 🎁, etc.).
  • Do not use emojis that are unrelated, purely decorative, or that create urgency (piling on 🔥💥🚀🎉, etc.).
  • Do not use emojis to replace key SKU information (e.g., using ⭐ in place of Premium).

5. Strictly Prohibited Exaggerated and Misleading Words

You may not use any false official identity, lifetime promises, fake giveaways, or unverifiable ranking-type keywords, including but not limited to:

  • Official-related: "Official Top Up," "Official Partner," "GamsGo Official Supplier," "Officially Authorized"
  • Lifetime promises: "Never Expires," "Lifetime Valid," "Lifetime Warranty"
  • Absolute safety claims: "Never Banned," "Zero Risk" (you may use descriptive terms like Stable / Safe & Guaranteed, but not "absolute" ultimate promises)
  • False duration / giveaways: "3+9 Months," "Buy One Get One Free," "Unlimited Refills" (unless the product actually provides the corresponding service)
  • Rankings / ratings: "Lowest Price on the Web," "GamsGo's #1 Seller," "Best-Selling"

Titles that violate these standards will be rejected or forcibly delisted, and repeated violations will affect your store tier.

4. Description Standards

1. Product Highlights

  • State the value in one sentence (why it's worth buying).
  • Follow with 3–5 core selling points.
  • If buyers can use their own account (no need to log in to the seller's account), that's a highlight worth calling out.

2. What's Included

  • List each service clearly and concisely.
  • Sharing and privacy: if it's shared among multiple people, state the number of users, storage allocation, and key privacy points.
  • Security and privacy: whether your information is kept private from other members.

3. How to Use

  • Briefly outline the steps after purchase.
  • Make clear "the seller delivers the account," "family group invite," "what information the buyer must provide," "whether a VPN is required," and "estimated delivery time."

4. Supported Devices

  • List compatible devices in one line (Phone / PC / TV).

5. Additional Notes

  • Clarify ownership, usage rights, and after-sales support.
  • Example: "By purchasing, you agree to activate via XXX; this product grants usage rights only — account ownership is not transferred; if you have any issues, please contact the seller promptly."

5. Keyword Usage Rules

The GamsGo search algorithm prioritizes content relevance and buyer experience — keyword tricks will not improve your ranking.

Four Types of Keyword Abuse

  1. Using special characters or decorative formatting: Underscores / brackets / exclamation marks such as NFLX_1M3Month_Spotify[ChatGPT]__PrivateDisney+!!! are prohibited.
  2. Intentional misspellings / character substitution: sp0tiflyacc0untr3scapemodde, etc., are prohibited.
  3. Irrelevant or misleading keywords: Don't piggyback on unrelated popular IPs — e.g., adding League of Legends / CS2 / Fortnite to a Valorant Offer.
  4. Repetition or stuffing: Each keyword or its variants may appear at most twice (once in the title, once in the description); cheap cheap cheapstable stable stable, etc., are prohibited.

Penalties

  • Violating Offers are removed from search results.
  • Warnings / restrictions on the seller account.
  • Repeat offenders are permanently banned.

6. Pricing Standards

  • The listed price must be the amount the buyer actually pays (excluding the platform's automatic coupons).
  • Do not deliberately inflate the price and then attach large discounts.
  • Do not maliciously undercut prices or disrupt the pricing ecosystem.
  • Pay attention to the system's suggested "reasonable price range"; prices outside this range may be automatically rejected.
  • For the platform commission and fee structure, refer to the corresponding document.

7. Warranty Period Rules

Minimum warranty period for digital subscriptions by duration:

Service period

Minimum warranty

30 days

10 days

90 days

30 days

180 days

60 days

360 days

90 days

  • You may not promise a "lifetime warranty" or any warranty longer than the Offer's actual duration.
  • The warranty description must match the "warranty period" option selected when listing, or the product will be delisted.

8. Special-Category Selling Rules (Additional Review Required)

The following categories are only open to sellers who pass a secondary review:

  • Top Ups
  • Game Items
  • Game Coins
  • Gift Cards

How to Apply

Submit an application through your Seller Manager, providing credible proof of supply / authorization. GamsGo will assess your information and account status, and you'll be notified of the result via your Seller Manager.

Common Reasons for Rejection

  • Incomplete submitted materials.
  • Sales tier or positive-rating score below the requirement.
  • Not meeting the category's eligibility criteria.
  • Two or more L2-or-above violations within the 60 days before applying.

After a rejected application, you must wait through a 30-day cooling-off period before reapplying. The list of restricted categories may be updated dynamically based on market and safety policies, so check platform announcements regularly.

9. General Compliance Requirements for Listings

  • Only list legal, genuinely existing products.
  • The source of products must be legal; selling stolen accounts, items obtained through hacking, scripts, exploits, or fraud is strictly prohibited.
  • Duplicate listings are strictly prohibited (posting multiple Offers with identical content at the same time).
  • Misleading titles or descriptions are strictly prohibited (e.g., claiming "lifetime warranty" when there is none, or labeling a non-full-access account as "Full Access").
  • You must clearly disclose the region restrictions of the account / product.
  • Artificially manipulating product exposure (fake transactions, order brushing, fake reviews, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
