GamsGo Marketplace Commission Rules
This article applies to all GamsGo sellers and the platform's finance / support teams. It explains in detail the commission structure, the tier-linked rate system, other platform fees, commission settlement milestones, offset rules in refund cases, calculation examples, and FAQs.
1. Commission Structure
- Commission is deducted based on the order transaction amount and does not include the payment processing fee paid by the buyer.
- The commission rate varies by Merchant Tier: higher-tier merchants enjoy lower commission, higher withdrawal limits, and lower withdrawal fees (see the seller tier document for details).
- Some categories (such as gift cards and special categories) have separate commission rates; the rate shown in the backend prevails.
2. Tier-Linked Benefits
Tier | Commission rate | Settlement / withdrawal limit | Withdrawal fee |
|---|---|---|---|
Lv.1 (Basic Seller) | Standard | Base monthly cap | Standard |
Lv.2 | Slightly lower | Increased | Slightly lower |
Lv.3 | Lower | Higher | Lower |
Lv.4 | Significantly lower | Significantly higher | Significantly lower |
Lv.5 (Core Premium Seller) | Lowest | Highest | Lowest |
The actual rate shown in your account backend prevails. Tier assessment runs automatically on the 1st of each month. |
3. Other Platform Fees
- Withdrawal fee: charged separately by withdrawal channel (PayPal, USDT TRC20, Payoneer, bank card (EUR)); see the withdrawal document for details.
- Dispute compensation fee (if applicable): in major liability disputes, if the platform rules the seller fully responsible, a separate claim charge applies.
- Promotional activity costs (optional participation): platform coupons and site-wide campaigns are covered by the platform by default; activities you opt into are shared per the activity rules.
- Payment processing fee: borne by the buyer and not deducted from the seller's earnings.
4. Commission Settlement Milestones
- After order completion (buyer confirms receipt or 48-hour auto-completion), the system calculates the receivable amount and moves it to Pending Settlement.
- Once the warranty period ends / the fund release period ends (5–14 days for non-warranty categories such as Top Ups and Gift Cards) → it moves to the Withdrawable Amount.
- The fund release pace depends on Merchant Tier, order type, and your monthly withdrawal limit.
5. Refunds and Commission Offset
- Refunded orders generate no commission; if already settled, it's offset against future earnings.
- Full refund: all commission and seller earnings for that order are reversed.
- Partial refund: commission is reversed in proportion to the refund.
- Seller earnings already withdrawn → offset against future order earnings; if there are no new orders to offset against for an extended period, the platform reserves the right to recover the amount from the seller.
6. Calculation Example
Item | Amount (USD) | Borne by / notes |
|---|---|---|
Buyer-displayed price (order transaction amount) | $10.00 | — |

For illustration only; the actual commission rate shown in your account backend prevails. |
7. FAQ
Q1: Who pays the commission — the buyer or the seller?
The commission is deducted from the seller's earnings; the price the buyer sees is the order transaction amount (excluding the payment processing fee the buyer pays).
Q2: Is the commission refunded after a refund?
Yes. For a partial refund, commission is refunded in proportion to the refund; for a full refund, it's refunded in full.
Q3: When does the new commission rate take effect after a merchant upgrade?
Orders processed the day after the tier change use the new rate.
Q4: Does the commission include warranty / after-sales costs?
The commission already covers the cost of the platform-provided DealShield protection, dispute resolution, support, and warranty processes; refunds caused by the seller's own fault cannot be offset against the commission.
Q5: How can I lower the commission I pay?
Lower your commission rate by raising your Merchant Tier: stay active, consistently list quality Offers, and improve your positive-rating and fulfillment rates (see the seller tier document for details).
Q6: Will another fee be charged at withdrawal?
Yes. The withdrawal fee depends on the channel you choose; see the withdrawal document for details.
