Earnings Unfreeze Notification and Withdrawal Quota Rules πŸ“œ

This article explains in detail the withdrawal process, withdrawal methods and fees, the earnings-release mechanism, withdrawal limits and frequency restrictions, and common questions with their resolutions.

1. Initial Withdrawal Setup

  • Path: Seller Center β†’ Wallet β†’ Withdrawal.
  • You must add at least one withdrawal account before your first withdrawal.
  • The payee account name must match the seller's verified identity.
  • For security reasons, any change to withdrawal account details takes effect only after secondary verification.

1.2 Check Your Withdrawable Amount

  • Path: Seller Center β†’ Wallet; the Withdrawable Amount is shown at the top.
  • Click Withdraw to open the withdrawal submission page.
  • Pending Commissions: this is the balance awaiting release. It transfers to the Withdrawable Amount only after the corresponding order's Warranty Period ends, and can be withdrawn afterward.

2. Withdrawal Process

  1. Seller Center β†’ Wallet β†’ Withdraw
  2. Choose a withdrawal channel (see the table below). The selected channel withdraws the entire Withdrawable Amount.
  3. The status changes to Processingit cannot be canceled after submission.
  4. Funds are submitted to your chosen payment channel / bank.
  5. Time to arrive: usually 1–2 business days. The system sends an email notification once the withdrawal succeeds.
  6. If rejected: the status changes to Withdraw Rejected, and the amount returns to your Withdrawable Amount; the message will explain the reason (name mismatch, wrong account, channel restriction, etc.).

Withdrawal frequency limit: there must be at least 48 hours between two withdrawal requests on a single account β€” only one withdrawal can be submitted every 48 hours.

  • Total fee = withdrawal amount Γ— rate + fixed fee.
  • Example: withdrawing $100 via PayPal β†’ fee = 100 Γ— 6.99% + 0.49 = $7.48; actual amount received = $92.52.

4. Earnings-Release Mechanism

4.1 Three Key Concepts

  • Warranty Period: the after-sales service period for an order. After it ends, part of the earnings is released.
  • Full Service Period: the product's complete usage cycle β€” e.g., 1 month for a 1-month product, 3 months for a 3-month product.
  • Head/Tail Payment Quota: every seller has a certain head/tail payment quota each month, which determines whether order earnings can be released in stages (a portion β€” the "head payment" β€” is released first, with the "tail payment" released after the warranty period ends) or only released in one go after the Full Service Period ends. If the monthly quota is reached, the remaining earnings are released only after the Full Service Period ends.

4.2 Two Scenarios for Earnings Release

  • Scenario 1: the release notification amount is not 0 β†’ part of the order's earnings has been released, and the remainder is released after the Full Service Period ends.
  • Scenario 2: the release notification amount is 0 β†’ the monthly head/tail payment quota has been reached, and all earnings will be released only after the Full Service Period ends.

4.3 The Head/Tail Payment Quota Is Tied to Merchant Tier

  • The higher your tier β†’ the higher your head/tail payment quota, and the larger and faster your early-released "head payment."
  • Unresolved disputes or violation warnings temporarily restrict the head/tail payment quota.
  • Once the monthly quota is used up, you can wait for automatic release after the Full Service Period ends, or maintain good performance to raise your tier.

For detailed Merchant Tier rules, see the corresponding document.

4.4 Fund Release for Non-Warranty Products

  • For non-warranty products such as Top Ups / Gift Cards: funds are released 5–14 days after the order ends.
  • The exact release time depends on transaction volume, seller tier, and risk-control assessment.

5. Viewing Order Earnings Details

You can view the earnings for an order via:

  • Seller Center β†’ Seller Orders β†’ enter the order number β†’ view order details
  • Seller Center β†’ Wallet β†’ enter the order number to view

Each order's earnings details include: the amount paid by the buyer, the platform commission, deductions, net earnings, and the estimated release time.

6. Withdrawal FAQ

Q1: My withdrawal was rejected β€” what should I do?

  • Check: whether the payee account name matches the seller's verified identity, whether the bank account / wallet address is correct, and whether the channel supports your country and currency.
  • Correct the issue and resubmit the withdrawal.

Q2: My withdrawal has been showing Processing for more than 1–2 business days with no funds received β€” what now?

  • First check your email for an arrival / rejection notice.
  • Check your bank / wallet transaction records. Some international wire transfers may take 3–5 business days.
  • If it exceeds expectations, contact platform support and provide: the withdrawal order number, submission time, amount, channel, and a screenshot of your bank statement.

Q3: My funds are frozen β€” what should I do?

Funds may be frozen because:

  • The order is still within its Warranty Period / Full Service Period;
  • The monthly head/tail payment quota is used up;
  • There is an unresolved dispute;
  • There is a violation warning / freeze penalty.

You can view the reason and estimated release time under Order details β†’ Order earnings; if the stated reason seems unreasonable, keep your evidence and contact the platform.

Q4: The withdrawal fee is too high?

  • Consider consolidating withdrawals (combine several at once to avoid paying the fixed fee multiple times).
  • Choose the channel with the lower total fee.
  • Raise your seller tier to enjoy more rate discounts.

7. Disclaimers and Additional Notes

  • Withdrawal fees, arrival times, and limits may change as the platform's business and channels evolve. The real-time information shown on the withdrawal page prevails.
  • Withdrawals cannot be canceled after submission. Please confirm your account details before submitting.
  • When an amount is returned, only the withdrawal principal is returned; some channels may incur an intermediary bank fee on return, which is determined by the financial channel β€” the platform does not bear this cost.
