Payment Fee 💳

Every order will incur a payment fee, which is a basic fee for GamsGo. It is primarily used to cover transaction processing and payment gateway costs, ensuring that each transaction goes smoothly. The breakdown of the payment fee is as follows:

• Fee percentage: 4.9% of the order amount.
• Fixed fee: A fixed charge of 0.39 (in either USD or EUR) per order.

The payment fee (0.39 + 4.9% of the order amount) is an essential fee for each transaction and will automatically be added to your total amount.

💸 For example, if you purchase a product for 10 (in either USD or EUR), the payment fee is calculated as follows:

• Payment Fee: Product Price × 4.9%

10 × 4.9% = 0.49

• Fixed Fee: 0.39 (in USD or EUR)
• Total Payment Fee: Payment Fee + Fixed Fee

0.49 + 0.39 = 0.88

Thus, the total amount you will pay is: Product Price 10 + Payment Fee 0.88 = 10.88

Service Fee 🛠️

The service fee is an additional fee charged by GamsGo in specific situations. We place great importance on providing a secure and reliable trading environment for our buyers. To support this, we invest a significant amount of money in continuously upgrading and improving our online systems and security features to meet higher standards.

Therefore, in order to support these ongoing efforts, GamsGo will charge a symbolic service fee during the checkout process. This fee helps cover the costs of system maintenance, GamsGo security, development, and management.
