The Seller Didn't Complete the Transaction Within the Promised Time. What Should I Do?

We recommend that you first reach out to the seller to confirm the situation. For subscription/resource-based products, brief delays may occasionally occur due to limited availability, time-zone differences, or account setup requirements. This is normal. We understand your expectations, and we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. In most cases, sellers will complete delivery as soon as possible. Please stay patient and maintain good communication with the seller.


  • If the seller does not complete the transaction within the promised time or does not respond, you may choose “Request After-Sales Support.”
  • Once the request is submitted, the seller will be notified to handle it. If the seller does not respond within 12 hours, the order will be automatically canceled by the system and a full refund will be issued.


Tips: The full refund will deduct payment processing fees.
