SVOD Category Withdrawal Rule Update: Linked to Merchant Tiers
Effective Date: March 1, 2026
To build a better platform ecosystem and reward merchants who consistently provide high-quality services, GamsGo is comprehensively upgrading the withdrawal rules for the SVOD (Subscription Video on Demand) category.
Key Updates:
Previously, SVOD withdrawals depended solely on the product's warranty period. Under the new rules, the withdrawal policy will be deeply integrated with your "Merchant Tier (Lv.1 - Lv.5)"! The core principle: The higher your tier, the faster your withdrawal speed and the higher your exclusive withdrawal quota.
How the New "Two-Tier Quota" Mechanism Works:
The system will allocate an exclusive "Withdrawal Quota" based on your monthly merchant tier.
1.Within the Quota: Your withdrawals are still tied to the product's warranty period, allowing you to enjoy flexible and fast standard withdrawals.
2.Beyond the Quota (Exceeding Amount): If your withdrawal requests exceed your tier's current quota limit, the excess amount will require full-process fulfillment (meaning you must wait until the order's service period is completely finished) before it can be withdrawn.
Our Goal:
We aim to build a healthier, more secure platform. Through this linked mechanism, we are directing the best cash-flow resources to high-quality merchants who continuously improve their services and climb the tier ladder. Level up your merchant tier to enjoy a smoother and faster cash flow experience!
