How to Receive Notifications in Time?
To make sure you never miss any important messages on GamsGo Marketplace, both buyers and sellers should enable browser notifications.Follow the steps below to turn them on:
Enable Notifications from the Message Page
On the GamsGo “Seller Center” page, click the “Message” icon to enter the messaging interface.
If notifications are not yet enabled, you will see a reminder icon.Click the bell icon in the upper-right corner, then select “Turn On Notifications.”

A pop-up window will appear, indicating whether your current browser has previously “blocked notifications”.Please refer to the appropriate guide below based on your browser’s settings.

Version 1: Browser Has Not “Blocked Notifications”
If you see the pop-up shown below, it means your browser has not disabled notifications.
Simply click the “Turn On” button.

If your browser shows any additional prompts, make sure to select “Allow” to enable notifications.

You will see a “Successfully” message once it’s done.

After completing these steps, notifications will be successfully enabled, and you won’t miss any new messages from GamsGo.
Version 2: Browser Has “Blocked Notifications”
If you see the pop-up shown below, it means your browser has previously been set to “blocked notifications.”

In this case, you need to enable notifications manually in your browser settings.Here’s how to do it for three common browsers:
Once you’ve adjusted the settings, refresh the page and repeat Version 1 to turn on notifications.After that, you’ll receive all new messages without interruption.
