You do not need to provide any sensitive information to resolve issues with a seller.
- If a seller asks for privacy information unrelated to the product, such as your conversation history with platform support, carefully assess the request and refuse immediately.
- If a seller asks for sensitive data, such as your personal login, account, or payment details (e.g., credit card number), refuse immediately.
- If a seller suggests using tools outside the platform to help you with a refund, and you suspect they are trying to obtain your personal information, refuse immediately.
2. Avoid Clicking Links Redirecting You Outside gamsgo.com 🌐
To prevent phishing scams, do not click on links that redirect you to websites outside of gamsgo.com.
Legitimate gamsgo links always include the full domain “.gamsgo.com/” — with a dot before “gamsgo.com” and a slash (/) after.

If there is an issue with a product you purchased, your first priority is to negotiate a solution with the seller.
A seller may request that you change your rating, but remember: you are under no obligation to do so. Their support should not depend on whether you modify your review.

Initiating conversations through the platform is the safest and most reliable method for both you and the seller.
Sometimes sellers may try to use their own tools to communicate with you. However, if there is an issue with your order, the only correct way to resolve it is through the chat function in your order.
