GamsGo Seller Terms and Conditions
Article 1. Registration and Identity Verification
1.1 Seller Eligibility
Sellers must be individuals with full legal capacity in their respective jurisdictions and must not be residents of any sanctioned countries or regions. Sellers may be natural persons or legally registered companies and are required to provide valid identification or corporate registration documents.
1.2 Identity Verification (KYC) and Compliance Review
Sellers must complete the platform’s real-name verification (KYC) process by submitting a government-issued ID and, where applicable, a selfie. The platform reserves the right to request additional verification based on risk levels (including proof of address, source of funds, etc.) and may extend the review period for high-risk accounts.
1.3 Accuracy of Information and Data Privacy
Sellers must ensure that all submitted information is true and complete and must update it within seven (7) days of any change. The platform will protect seller data in accordance with GDPR and applicable regulations and will retain such records for five (5) years.
Article 2. Product Listing and Categorization Rules
2.1 Listing Requirements
Sellers may only list legitimate and existing digital goods or virtual services. The sale of counterfeit, prohibited, or rights-infringing content is strictly forbidden.
2.2 Prohibited Conduct
Sellers must not use false, exaggerated, or misleading content in product titles, descriptions, or images. Advertising, QR codes, or external contact information (such as Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Sellers may not direct buyers to conduct off-platform or unmonitored transactions.
2.3 Legal Sources and Intellectual Property
Sellers must ensure that their goods originate from lawful sources. It is strictly prohibited to sell products obtained through hacking, stolen cards, scripts, exploits, or fraudulent means.
Article 3. Pricing and Platform Fees
3.1 Platform Service Fee
The platform will charge a service fee on each transaction. The rate may vary depending on product category, market conditions, or seller level.
3.2 Withdrawals and Fund Holding Period
To prevent fraud (e.g., account recovery or fake delivery), the platform may impose a fund-holding period of 7 to 30 days before withdrawal. For high-risk transactions, the holding period may be extended at the platform’s discretion.
3.3 Taxes and Other Fees
Sellers are responsible for all taxes arising from their sales and must comply with applicable tax laws in their jurisdiction.
Article 4. Order Fulfillment and Delivery
4.1 Delivery Obligation
Sellers must deliver goods within the promised timeframe stated on the product page and communicate with buyers via the platform’s messaging system.
4.2 Prohibition of Premature Completion
Sellers must not induce buyers to confirm receipt or mark the order as completed before actual fulfillment. If verified by system detection or buyer reports, the platform may issue a refund and penalize the seller.
4.3 Automatic Confirmation Mechanism
If a buyer does not raise a dispute within 72 hours after delivery, the system will automatically confirm receipt and initiate the settlement process.
Article 5. Transaction Protection and Dispute Resolution
5.1 Escrow Mechanism
All transaction funds are held in escrow by the platform and will only be released after the order is completed and the protection period has ended.
5.2 Burden of Proof and Evidence Requirements
Sellers bear the primary responsibility to prove successful delivery. Depending on the product type, valid evidence may include screenshots, transaction recordings, or order logs.
5.3 Platform Determination and Final Decision
The platform reserves the right to independently adjudicate disputes based on the evidence provided. Its decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Article 6. After-Sales Obligations and Account Security
6.1 Product Guarantee
Sellers must ensure that delivered accounts or products remain valid and usable during the protection period. If the item becomes unusable due to the seller’s fault, they must issue a refund or provide a replacement.
6.2 Recordkeeping of Evidence
Sellers must keep full records of the delivery process, including videos, chat logs, and screenshots, for use in dispute resolution.
Article 7. Withdrawals and Fund Management
7.1 Disputed or High-Risk Transactions
The platform may withhold settlement for disputed, suspicious, or high-risk orders until the verification process is completed.
7.2 Additional Verification
In cases of abnormal withdrawals or account activity, the platform may require additional verification or proof of fund origin.
Article 8. Violations and Penalties
8.1 Disciplinary Actions
Depending on the severity of the violation, the platform may impose one or more of the following actions:
- Warning or product delisting;
- Account restrictions or fund freezing;
- Order cancellation and refund;
- Permanent account termination and forfeiture of unsettled funds as liquidated damages;
- Legal action and reporting to authorities.
8.2 Fraud and Regulatory Evasion
The platform reserves the right to pursue recovery and permanently ban any seller found guilty of serious violations, malicious fraud, or attempts to circumvent supervision.
Article 9. Platform Role and Legal Terms
9.1 Independent Third-Party Role
GamsGo acts solely as an independent intermediary platform and does not directly participate in the sale of goods.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
The platform shall not be liable for losses arising from force majeure events, third-party policies, or users’ own actions.
