GamsGo Marketplace and GamsGo Direct have different refund policies. Please note that GamsGo will make the final refund decision based on this policy only when both parties are unable to reach an agreement.

When you purchase an Offer from a Marketplace seller, you may contact the seller at any time during the Warranty Period to request an Issue. GamsGo also recommends resolving the problem through communication with the seller first. However, if the Order has been completed as described, the seller is not obligated to provide a refund.


I. Refund Policy for Digital Subscriptions

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund for your Order under the following circumstances:

  • The seller fails to deliver the account within the Guaranteed Delivery Time.
  • The login credentials are incorrect (including but not limited to account, password, backup codes, recovery email, or any credentials required for access).
  • The account does not match the description and you have not performed any of the following actions:
  1. Modified the login information;
  2. Made purchases using the account;
  3. Resold or shared the account.
  • The seller intentionally withholds or obscures essential information required to use the account.

If the login credentials cannot be used, GamsGo will review the case fairly and allow the seller up to 12 hours to resolve the Issue.


2. Cases Not Eligible for Refund

Your refund request may be declined under the following circumstances:

You purchased the Order by mistake and the Offer has already been delivered.
  • You have modified the account’s login information.
  • For Offers that include points or credits, you have used the account and consumed those points.
  • The account is banned due to your personal actions.
  • If the account becomes risky because the buyer voluntarily disclosed login information, transferred the account to a third party, or failed to follow security recommendations, the seller has the right to refuse a refund.
Before the refund process on GamsGo Marketplace is concluded, if you share evidence of “not as described” or “unable to use” or distribute related issues on any non-GamsGo channels, the Order will be considered ineligible under the GamsGo Marketplace refund policy.
  • The account was not purchased on GamsGo Marketplace.


3. Special Circumstances

  • If returning the account does not affect the seller’s ability to resell it, you may negotiate with the seller for a full or partial refund. If the seller agrees to retrieve the account and confirms it can be resold, both parties may negotiate the return and refund.
  • If the seller proposes a compensation solution (e.g., account replacement) and you accept it, this will be considered a mutually agreed resolution. In this case, any ongoing Request GamsGo Review will be closed.
  • If the account is temporarily inaccessible due to an official technical issue, but the account itself has no problem, such situations are considered force majeure and not eligible for platform intervention. You may wait for recovery or consult the seller. (For example: Disney+ login failure caused by Amazon Cloud Services outages or other external, non-seller-related issues beyond the seller’s control.)


II. Refund Request Procedure

If you need GamsGo to intervene in a refund request, you may initiate a Request GamsGo Review under two circumstances:

  1. The seller refuses to handle the Issue or has not replied for more than 36 hours.
  2. You disagree with the seller’s after-sales resolution.

Refund requests apply only when the Order is within the Warranty Period or Extended Warranty Period. Processing your refund may take up to one week.

GamsGo staff will review and handle the Order. If your case fully meets the conditions defined in this policy, GamsGo will approve your refund request and initiate the refund process.


III. Refund Method

Your refund Amount (minus payment processing fees) will be credited by default to your GamsGo Credits. When using Credits for purchases, no payment service fee will be charged.

If you prefer the refund to be returned to your original payment method, please choose “return to original payment method” within 48 hours during the refund confirmation process.
