What is GamsGo DealShield?

GamsGo DealShield is a protection system designed to safeguard all sellers against fraud and chargebacks. GamsGo takes full responsibility for the security and payment process throughout every transaction, ensuring that all trades are conducted in a protected environment.

All DealShield features are completely free of charge and automatically apply to every transaction.

If any fraudulent payments or chargeback disputes occur, GamsGo guarantees that sellers will still receive their rightful payments, regardless of the dispute outcome. Once the offer items are delivered, sellers will always receive their payment on time.

Any disputes with third-party payment providers are handled directly by GamsGo, without requiring seller involvement.

GamsGo DealShield Account Warranty Policy

To prevent account recovery fraud and similar malicious activity, GamsGo provides a 5 to 30-day account warranty period for all account transactions.

During this warranty period, if a buyer experiences any issues such as loss of access, unauthorized changes, or other account problems, they can open a dispute to resolve the issue with the seller or request a refund.
