Why Isn't My Review Displayed?

To ensure the authenticity and fairness of reviews and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both buyers and sellers, GamsGo enforces strict standards for review display.

If your review hasn’t been shown yet, it may be due to one of the following reasons:


  • 🕒 After-sales period:

To protect both parties’ rights, reviews made during the after-sales process are temporarily hidden. Once the after-sales process is completed, your review will be displayed normally.

  • 🧾 Review content guidelines:

Your review must comply with the platform’s posting standards and should not contain any prohibited or inappropriate content. For details, please refer to the Review Posting Guidelines.

  • 🔍 Authenticity verification:

Reviews must be based on a genuine transaction.

If the system detects that a review is not linked to a real order, it will not be displayed to prevent false or malicious reviews from affecting the trading environment.
