Special Category Sales Rules – Additional Verification Required
After registering as a GamsGo seller, most categories are available for immediate product listing.
However, some high-risk categories require additional review before listing.
If you wish to sell in these restricted categories, please submit a dedicated application form and wait for our team’s approval.
I. Why are these restrictions in place?
Certain categories (e.g., game accounts, recharge services) carry higher fraud risks and account recovery frequency.
Therefore, these categories are only open to sellers who pass a secondary review, to ensure transaction safety and maintain overall trust in the GamsGo Marketplace.
II. How to apply for access?
Sellers can submit an application via Dedicated Seller Support.
After submission, please wait patiently for review. We will evaluate your information and account status and notify you of the result.
If additional materials are required or resubmission is needed, our seller support team will provide detailed guidance.
III. What if my application is rejected?
Applications may be rejected for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Insufficient or incomplete information submitted
- Sales level or feedback score below requirements
- Non-compliance with relevant category eligibility standards
- Two or more L2 (or above) violations within the past 60 days prior to application
These rules are designed to ensure a safe marketplace environment and fair competition.
If your application is rejected, you may reapply after a 30-day cooling-off period.
IV. Restricted List
The following products require approval before being listed:
- Top-up
- Items
- Currency
- Giftcards
You must contact the seller manager, submit credible proof, and it will be activated only after review.
