How Do I Request a Refund? Explanation of Refund Amounts
First, refunds must meet the eligible refund conditions. For details, please refer to 👉 “Under What Circumstances Can I Request a Refund?”
If the refund conditions are met, we recommend that buyers first communicate clearly with the seller, explaining the issue and the reason for the refund. Once an agreement is reached, you can initiate an After-Sales → Request Refund.
1. Seller Has Not Shipped Within Promised Time ⏰
It is recommended to first communicate with the seller to request prompt shipment.
If an agreement cannot be reached or communication fails, you may initiate an after-sales request.

2. Seller Has Successfully Shipped âś…
- Check your order and locate the order you wish to cancel.
- Click “Initiate After-Sales”, select the issue type, fill in the required information, and upload images. Then wait for the seller to respond.


- If there is no agreement during the warranty period, the buyer can request “Platform Intervention” to assist with the resolution.
Explanation of Refund Amounts đź’µ
Buyers should negotiate and reach an agreement with the seller before proceeding with a refund. The refund amount (full/partial) is determined based on the agreement:
- Full Refund: Refund all paid amounts except for transaction fees.
- Partial Refund: Refund the agreed proportion of the paid amount after deducting transaction fees.
