At GamsGo, user transaction satisfaction is our top priority. When you encounter an issue with a Marketplace Order, please follow the steps below.

1. When to request GamsGo Review

Before initiating a dispute, please contact the seller proactively. Most Order issues can be resolved quickly at this stage.

If you have contacted the seller and initiated an Issue but:

  • The seller does not respond or refuses to communicate
  • Negotiation fails
  • The Order has exceeded the seller’s Guaranteed delivery time

You may request GamsGo Review.

⚠️ The Request GamsGo Review button is only available if the Order is within the Warranty Period.

If the Warranty Period has expired, you cannot request GamsGo Review.

2. Common reasons for platform intervention

  • Seller unresponsive: No response within 48 hours to your Issue
  • Seller inactive in Issue handling: Refuses or fails to resolve problems within Warranty Period
  • Item not as described: Offer differs from description
  • Late delivery: Order delivery far exceeds the Guaranteed delivery time
  • Digital subscription issues: Account cannot log in, banned, password changed, or inconsistent account info


3. How does the Request GamsGo Review process work?

  1. Initiate Request GamsGo Review
  • When conditions are met, click Request GamsGo Review on the Order page.

Please select the correct reason and upload relevant evidence (screenshots, recordings, etc.).

  1. Review by GamsGo

The GamsGo dispute team will examine the evidence submitted by both parties and review chat records.

  • Most disputes are processed within 48 hours
  • Complex cases may take longer
  1. Resolution
  • Buyer wins: Order canceled, Amount refunded to buyer
  • Seller wins: Request GamsGo Review closed, Order remains
  • Partial refund: Request GamsGo Review closed, partial Amount refunded

Note: If the buyer’s operation is outside the Warranty Period, the platform cannot guarantee a refund.

4. Dispute standards by Type

Different Types of Offers have different review timelines and evidence requirements:

  • Digital subscription: Seller must respond within 24 hours; failure to provide evidence or solution → Buyer wins
  • Currency / Recharge / In-game items: Seller must provide proof within 2 hours; overdue or no solution → Amount refunded to buyer


5. How to provide evidence correctly

To help GamsGo determine responsibility quickly, please submit as complete, clear, and verifiable evidence as possible.

Buyer evidence may include:

  • Login failure screenshots
  • Email/system notifications (e.g., password changed, account banned)
  • Screenshots showing Offer content not as described
  • In-game chat logs if needed

Seller evidence may include:

  • Proof of delivery, transaction records, recharge receipts
  • Recording of recharge or delivery process
  • Demonstration of a correct, working account

GamsGo team will combine chat records and evidence completeness to determine responsibility. The more evidence submitted, the easier it is for GamsGo to judge.


6. Summary

Most Marketplace Orders at GamsGo can be resolved through clear communication. Only a few Orders enter the dispute process.
