These rules apply to all platform sellers' earnings management and help you better understand "why the unfreeze amount may sometimes be 0, and why only part of the earnings are unfrozen."

This rule is linked to the seller tier system (Lv.1–Lv.5), with different sellers enjoying different quotas and withdrawal rules based on their tier.

The warranty period refers to the after-sales service period for an order. Part of the earnings will be unfrozen after the warranty period ends.


Full Service Period

The full service period refers to the complete usage cycle of a product.

For example:

  • 1-month product β†’ Full service period = 1 month
  • 3-month product β†’ Full service period = 3 months


Withdrawal Quota

Each seller has a withdrawal quota every month, which impacts the unfreezing and withdrawal of earnings.

If the quota is reached for the month, the remaining earnings will be unfrozen only after the full service period ends.

Earnings Unfreeze Rules

Situation 1: You receive an unfreeze notification, and the amount is not 0

This means that part of the earnings from the order has been unfrozen. The remaining portion will be unfrozen after the full service period ends.


Situation 2: You receive an unfreeze notification, and the amount is 0

This means that the monthly withdrawal quota has been reached, and all earnings will need to wait until the full service period ends to be unfrozen.
