Review Posting Guidelines
To maintain a fair, authentic, and healthy trading environment — and to protect the legitimate rights of both buyers and sellers — the platform has established the following rules for posting buyer reviews.
Please make sure to follow these guidelines when leaving your feedback:
1.Maintain a positive online environment and build a trustworthy review ecosystem
Provide valuable insights to help other buyers make informed decisions.
- Write reviews based on your actual shopping experience
- Be honest and objective, and share your genuine feelings
- Do not post unrelated content, such as advertisements, promotions, or inappropriate material
2.No unfair competition — a fair review environment matters to everyone
To ensure fair competition, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Do not intentionally give low ratings or exaggerate product issues maliciously
- Do not offer or accept paid reviews, whether positive or negative
- Do not post fake reviews on behalf of sellers or competitors
3.No off-platform communication or transactions
Communicating within the platform provides a safer environment and helps resolve issues more efficiently.
- Do not include social media accounts, external links, or contact info in your reviews
- Do not encourage off-platform communication, after-sales, payments, or transactions
4.Use respectful language and express opinions appropriately
Civil and reasonable feedback makes your voice more likely to be heard.
- Buyers are encouraged to share both positive experiences and areas for improvement
- Avoid personal attacks, insults, or offensive language
- Describe issues clearly to help sellers improve and assist other buyers in making decisions
5.Violation Handling
The platform may take the following actions (including but not limited to) for reviews that violate the above rules:
- Hide or delete inappropriate reviews
- Restrict certain review or interaction functions
- In severe cases, limit or suspend user accounts
