Under What Circumstances Can I Request a Refund?
1. Situations Eligible for a Refund ✅
All sales on the platform are final, unless one of the following occurs:
- 1.1 The buyer did not successfully receive the product within the delivery period promised by the seller.
- 1.2 The product received by the buyer does not match the description.
- 1.3 Any issues related to usage or functionality arise within the warranty period, allowing the buyer to request a refund through after-sales service at any time.
2. Situations Not Eligible for a Refund ❌
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- 2.1 The buyer has confirmed receipt of the order, and the product functions and performs normally.
- 2.2 Transactions conducted outside the platform.
- 2.3 Dissatisfaction due to personal reasons, buyer’s remorse, accidental purchase, or incompatibility of the buyer’s device with the product when the seller has not been informed in advance.
- 2.4 Issues arising after the warranty period; please contact the seller directly to negotiate a solution.
- 2.5 The platform is not responsible for false claims. We reserve the right to take legal action and permanently suspend the accounts of buyers who submit fraudulent claims.
