GamsGo Marketplace Seller Offer Upload Guidelines
I. Purpose
To improve the quality of Offer information, reduce disputes, and increase the success rate of transactions, GamsGo establishes the following unified guidelines for all sellers when creating titles, descriptions, and setting prices.
GamsGo currently supports two main Types: Digital Subscriptions and Game Accounts.
The delivery method must be the seller providing the buyer with a ready-to-use account and password.
When a product is delivered through a family-group invitation, the seller may request the user’s email and related account information.
The sale of top-ups, redemption codes, gift cards, or similar items through disguised or misleading methods is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in severe penalties.
1. Recommended Title Structure
Product name + Service type/Plan + Region/Language (if applicable) + Delivery method / Key feature
Examples (for structure reference only; prices/durations may vary):
- Netflix Account – 1 profile
- YouTube Premium – 1 family member
- Claude Max Account – shared
2. Required Information
- Platform/Product name: Netflix / YouTube / Spotify / Claude, etc.
- Plan type: e.g., “Premium,” “Family,” “Individual,” “Student,” etc. (Use the official naming when available.)
- Whether it is a family-sharing slot / member slot / unified-login account
- If there are regional restrictions, they must be clearly stated in the description (e.g., “Turkey region,” “Argentina region,” “EU region”).
3. Prohibited Content
If any of the following prohibited items appear in the title, the Offer will be removed. It can be relisted only after corrections are made.
If misleading content causes disputes, the seller must provide a full refund to the user without condition.
- Prohibited expressions such as “official top-up” or “official partner,” which may mislead users into thinking the product is from an official channel
- Prohibited phrases like “GamsGo official supplier,” “Former GamsGo supplier,” which affect fair competition
- Prohibited exaggerated or absolute claims such as “never expires,” “absolutely no ban”
- Prohibited keyword stuffing or irrelevant keyword usage that affects search results or user understanding
- Prohibited durations beyond platform rules, such as “3+9 months,” “2+34 months”
- Prohibited wording involving illegality, infringement, cracking, or piracy

II. Description Guidelines
The Offer description should follow the structure below:
1. Product Information
(Subscription level, shared or individual, validity period, billing country)
2. Usage Instructions
(VPN requirements, verification methods, etc.)
3. After-sales & Limitations
(What users must know before using the Offer)
4. Other Important Notes
(e.g., Apple ONE requiring an Apple ID from a specific region)
Standard template as follows:
1. Product Information
The following details must be clearly stated:
- Supported services: e.g., supports Netflix 4K (Ultra HD), no multi-device login…
- Plan type: family-sharing slot / member invitation / shared account / subscription duration / redemption code, etc.
- Region information: account region, whether it affects content library/language
- Supported devices: mobile / tablet / PC / TV (mention any special limitations)
Example:
This Offer provides a Netflix Premium shared account with a U.S. billing country.
You will receive a dedicated profile, where you can set your own PIN and enjoy:

2. Activation / Delivery Method
Let users clearly understand what happens after purchase:
- Is it a family group invitation or a ready-to-use account & password?
- Does the user need to provide their email/account?
- Expected delivery time (e.g., 0–12 hours after the Order is placed)
- Whether a VPN/proxy is required (must be stated clearly if there is any risk)
Example:
- After placing the Order, please provide your Gmail address in chat for family-group invitation.
- I will send the invitation within 0–12 hours; once accepted, membership benefits become active.
- Non-U.S. networks may experience login issues or missing features.

3. Usage Instructions (Clear & Simple Recommended)

- Do not modify password, email, or security information
- Do not remove family-group members
- Do not switch unsupported regions frequently to avoid triggering security checks

4. After-sales & Limitation Instructions (Required)
The following information must be clearly stated:
- Warranty Period:
For example: “This Offer guarantees continuous service for X months.”
The warranty duration written in the description must match the Warranty Period option selected when uploading the Offer.
Terms such as “lifetime warranty” are prohibited.
- Association between subscription duration and warranty period:
For example, if the subscription duration is 3 months, the seller must provide at least 1 month of warranty, and must select “1 month” during product upload.
Selecting 5 days or 10 days is strictly prohibited.

- During the Warranty Period, if membership benefits disappear or login fails, a replacement account or family group will be provided.
- If issues arise due to modifications made by the user (password/email changes, sharing with others), after-sales service is not applicable.
- If the subscription becomes invalid due to large-scale policy changes by the official platform, the handling will follow GamsGo’s rules.
III. Pricing Guidelines
1. Pricing Requirements
- The listed price must be the actual Amount paid by the user (excluding any Coupons automatically applied by the platform).
- It is prohibited to intentionally set a high price and then use large discounts to mislead users.
- It is prohibited to maliciously undercut prices and disrupt the overall pricing environment on the platform.
- It is prohibited to suggest information inconsistent with the real price through the title or main image, such as clearly untrue claims like “$1 Canva.”
2. Pricing Suggestions for Similar Offers
The platform will suggest a pricing range to sellers based on the following rules:
- Refer to the median price of similar subscriptions on the GamsGo platform.
- Compare with the official subscription price.
- If additional services are included (such as 24/7 human support, remote assistance, etc.), you may explain in the description why the price is higher, but you must not fabricate reasons such as “official authorization.”

IV. Category & Tag Guidelines
To ensure that users can accurately find Offers, please follow the principles below when selecting categories/tags at upload:
- Primary Category: Digital Subscriptions / Digital Services / Top-ups / Redemption Codes / Game Currency, etc.
- Secondary Category:
- Streaming Accounts (Netflix / Disney+ / HBO Max, etc.)
- Music / Audio Accounts (Spotify / Apple Music, etc.)
- AI & Tools (Claude / Midjourney / Office 365, etc.)
It is prohibited to upload Offers that do not match the category.
For example, under the Digital Subscriptions category, you must not upload items such as “YouTube Premium top-up,” “Claude discount code,” or “Netflix Turkey gift card,” which can easily mislead users and cause disputes.

This seller listed the product as a YouTube Subscription Account, but in the description it is actually presented as a top-up service.

- Predatory low pricing that damages the platform’s market ecosystem

- Warranty Period not aligned with sales duration and platform rules
In Pic A, the Warranty Period does not comply with platform rules.

In Pic B, the seller promises “3 months of Warranty” in the description,
but in the product attributes only 1 month of Warranty is actually provided.

VI. Basic Requirements for Sellers
- You must ensure that all accounts / family slots you provide come from legal and compliant sources, and avoid obvious infringement, account theft, or similar illegal behavior.
- You must not collect or misuse users’ private data, such as storing users’ personal passwords or sensitive information from private messages.
- When there are policy changes from the platform or the official service provider, you must promptly update the product description to reflect the new information and avoid misleading users.
