How to Reset or Remove Your Profile PIN

If you see a lock icon (🔒) on your profile when logging into your account, it means a Profile PIN is enabled. Follow the steps below to reset or remove the PIN.

🔹 Note: To remove the Profile PIN, you must reset it first.

Step 1: Access the Profile Editing Page

1. Hover over your profile icon.
2. Click the pencil icon (✏) to enter the profile editing page.

Step 2: Reset Your Profile PIN

1. Locate the Profile PIN section in the settings.
2. Click Reset to begin resetting your PIN.

Step 3: Enter Your Account Password

1. You will be prompted to enter your account password for security verification.
2. After entering the password, click Confirm to proceed.

Step 4: Set a New PIN

1. Enter a 4-digit PIN of your choice.

2. Re-enter the same 4-digit PIN for confirmation.
3. Click Keep to save the new PIN.

Step 5: Confirm PIN Activation

1. A confirmation message will appear: "Your profile has been protected with a PIN."
2. Your new Profile PIN is now active.

Step 6: Remove the Profile PIN (Optional)

1. Enter the Profile PIN you just set.

2. Click Disable Profile PIN to turn off the PIN protection.
