# Tutorial 1
1. Después de iniciar sesión en nuestro sitio, haga clic en "APOYO POST-VENTA"

2. Haga clic en "Crear nuevo ticket"

3. Seleccione la suscripción pendiente

4. Seleccione la razón correspondiente, describa la situación correspondiente en detalle y entregue la imagen correspondiente al mismo tiempo
