# Why Isn't My Review Displayed?

To ensure the **authenticity and fairness** of reviews and to **protect the legitimate rights and interests** of both buyers and sellers, GamsGo enforces strict standards for review display.
If your review hasn’t been shown yet, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

* 🕒 **After-sales period:**
To protect both parties’ rights, reviews made during the after-sales process are temporarily hidden. Once the after-sales process is completed, your review will be displayed normally.
* 🧾 **Review content guidelines:**
Your review must comply with the platform’s posting standards and should not contain any prohibited or inappropriate content. For details, please refer to the **“[Review Posting Guidelines.](https://help.gamsgo.com/en/article/review-posting-guidelines-1cjevoj/?bust=1762755531937)”**
* 🔍 **Authenticity verification:**
Reviews must be based on a **genuine transaction.**
If the system detects that a review is not linked to a real order, it will not be displayed to prevent false or malicious reviews from affecting the trading environment.
