# 【Tidal】How to Fix "Password Incorrect" Issue

If you are prompted that your password is incorrect when logging into Tidal, you need to contact GamsGo's online customer service.

We will check whether your password is correct as soon as possible. If the password is incorrect, we will reset it for you.
