1. Can I upgrade my own account to Premium?



Sorry, we currently do not support upgrading your own account to Premium.

After your purchase, we will provide an account exclusively for you. You will need to use the provided account and password to log in to Spotify and enjoy Premium.

2. Can my playlists be transferred?



Certainly, as for how to transfer playlists, please refer to the following article: How to transfer my playlists between two accounts

Note: The "Liked Songs" list cannot be exported and transferred. You need to move all the songs in that list to other playlists before exporting and transferring them.

3. Can I change the region of my account?



Sorry, you cannot change the region of the account. The account we provide may initially recommend Indian songs, but as you listen to music according to your preferences, Spotify will recommend songs you might like based on your listening habits.

Note: Please do not change the region information of the account, as this will cause your membership to become invalid. We cannot provide after-sales service for Spotify accounts whose region has been changed by the user. Please understand.

4. Can I change the email of my account?



Sorry, as we currently can only provide Spotify account credentials for you to enjoy Premium, you cannot change the account's email. You can change your username.

Note: You can only change your username, not your account email. Please be aware that changing the account's email will invalidate your membership, and we cannot provide after-sales service for Spotify accounts whose email has been changed by the user. Please understand.
