How to Resolve Netflix's "Incorrect Password" Login Issue by Retrieving a Sign-In Code

If you encounter the "Incorrect password" yellow notification while logging into Netflix, follow these steps to log in using a sign-in code:


  1. Log in to your Netflix account

First, go to the Netflix login page and enter your account details. When you see the "Incorrect password" error, click on the "Use a sign-in code" option.



  1. Click "Send sign-in code"

On the pop-up page, enter the account information from your order on the GamsGo subscription page, then click "Send sign-in code."



  1. Retrieve and Enter the Code

Return to the Netflix login page, go to the subscription page, and find the record related to your Netflix order. Below the order, you will see a prompt; click the link to retrieve your sign-in code.

Finally, enter the sign-in code you received to complete the login process.
