# Before I Receive My Purchased Item, Should I Click “Confirm Receipt”?

To protect your consumer rights, please click **“Confirm Receipt”** **only after you have verified that your order is correct.**
If you have **not yet received the item**, or **have not confirmed that the item is correct and functioning properly**, please **do not click “Confirm Receipt”** for now.

Once you have received the product and verified that it is **accurate and in good working condition**, you may then click **“Confirm Receipt.”**
After confirmation, your order will officially enter the **Warranty Period.** During this time:
* 🛠️ You can contact the seller at any time regarding product usage, after-sales service, or related issues;
* 🤝 If you cannot reach a resolution with the seller, you may submit an **after-sales request** to seek assistance from the platform.
